Important Information

  • Last day to access the OVR System and submit applications is 7 September 2026
  • OVR System closure on 8 September 2026
  • No new supplier registration submissions will be accepted during the transition period from 8 September to 30 September 2026
  • SAP Ariba becomes the official platform for supplier registration and onboarding on 1 October 2026
  • New supplier registrations and onboarding activities from 1 October 2026 onwards must be completed via SAP Ariba

SD Guthrie's Transition to SAP Ariba

As part of SD Guthrie's Procurement Digital Transformation initiative, the Online Vendor Registration (OVR) System is being replaced by the SAP Ariba Business Network. The OVR System will be discontinued effective 8 September 2026, and SAP Ariba will become SD Guthrie's official platform for supplier registration and onboarding from 1 October 2026.
